A long battle won!

Over two years the company ltda Santarem Discus constituted with European capital has suffered serious problems both at bureaucratic as numerous attempts on the part of our direct competitors in an attempt to give up our project in the Amazon. The Brazilian state bureaucratic level is complex and constantly see new rules and laws that affect those working legally, those who pay their taxes and work only with legal fish by IBAMA.We could be rich by selling fish now illegal, but do not! We prefer to work on the rules of IBAMA something that few do in the Brazilian market.
Our competitors often declared us dead, they tried to destroy us with lies and envies typical circumstances. Feared by our knowledge of more than 27 years working with ornamental fish. We know what we are worth and have always believed that we were able to win this battle .. people liars, slanderers where the word competition is a sign of fear! Competition is essential to be better and work more and more about quality and price! We pay our fishermen and we have your respect! We go into communities where few came because we are fair and honest! Do not leave with the fish without pay and only buy if you can afford to do so! Few are those who invest in offering fishermen unable to work! We speak the same language and are loyal to those loyal to our company!
In the last nine months had stopped exporting due to a law matters by IBAMA. The same law required our company to have an environmental permit for a body called SEMA. Unfortunately for our company based in the second city to one of the poorest regions of Brazil, the two bodies existing in this city and municipal SEMA Estatual after demanding various documents and plans of the company sent a document six months later saying they were not prepared to pass the same license. The company went through some tough times economically in their management! We had to resort to the state SEMA Belem! Have come to inspect the company's SEMA delegates from Belem to Santarem which delayed more licensing now obtained.
We appealed to the highest in Brazil, IBAMA, the Federal Government, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Ministry of Environment in an attempt to know why we had to have a license that no one had! On August 9 the Ministry of Environment decided through a new law that all companies need this permit. We won a war and more nowadays who do not have the same environmental license may not export or sell fish even within Brazil. Fishermen who have not traded company out of their state pdoem not sell fish ...!! Obviously we encounter situations that unbelievable for a European nowadays are complicated to "digest" the corruption! So we're happy to have won another battle without having to enter that same corruption! We can export in a legal fight after a several months that we could have defeated ... we believe in our project, like what we do and go far in this activity within their legal matters by IBAMA!
